Nasze sypialnie, miejsce gdzie spędzamy dość istotną część doby. Jak dobrać kolory ścian, jakie meble do sypialni wybrać i jakie materace, aby czuć się wygodnie.Co do kolorów ścian, nie powinny być to kolory zbyt jaskrawe, krzykliwe, np. ostra jarząca żółć, pomarańcz, jaskrawozielony itp. W takich pomieszczeniach ciężko będziemy zasypiać, (a i przebywanie w nich w trakcie dnia przez dłuższy czas bywa irytujące), a co za tym idzie ranek powitamy po prostu niewyspani.
