Nasze sypialnie, miejsce gdzie spędzamy dość istotną część doby. Jak dobrać kolory ścian, jakie meble do sypialni wybrać i jakie materace, aby czuć się wygodnie.Co do kolorów ścian, nie powinny być to kolory zbyt jaskrawe, krzykliwe, np. ostra jarząca żółć, pomarańcz, jaskrawozielony itp. W takich pomieszczeniach ciężko będziemy zasypiać, (a i przebywanie w nich w trakcie dnia przez dłuższy czas bywa irytujące), a co za tym idzie ranek powitamy po prostu niewyspani.

Kolory tu wymienione (jako przykładowe), oczywiście możemy zastosować lecz w ich łagodniejszych tonach, bardziej soczystych, ciepłych niż „oślepiających”. Oczywiście każdy z nas ma swój gust i ulubiony kolor lecz, nad powyższym należałoby się zastanowić.

Dobrym pomysłem mogą być fotele dmuchane, które możemy łatwo nadmuchać jeżeli chcemy ich używać, natomiast kiedy nie są nam potrzebne możemy je złożyć i położyć na półce. Ich niewątpliwą zaletą jest komfort, ponieważ układają się do kształtu naszego ciała. Będą odpowiednie zarówno dla osób o drobnej budowie, jak i osób  o słusznej wadze.
